Our Camp Out

I love camping. As a child I grew up camping. I can not even count how many times I have gone camping. I have been wanting to go camping for awhile now and when my sister Michelle asked us if we wanted to go camping for memorial weekend we decided that it would be a fun adventure for our little family. We went up to Flaming Gorge. It was a blast. Even with the rain and hail the size of peas. We bought along our super warm sleeping bags and lots of layers. During the camping trip Mikey, who is crazy, climbed up a fire tower with no stairs all because a sign mentioned "Climb if you want but at your own risk". We also drove through a time wrap of all the different time periods the rocks were formed. We took little hikes to see the scenery of the park. It is a very beautiful place to go camping. But one of the best part about camping is that we took it easy. We relaxed by the fire, ate peach/pineapple cobbler. It was nice to get away even if it is only for a couple of days.
